j'ai effectué 2 commandes hier soir. Je les ai payées.

Puis, je me suis rendu-compte que je m'étais trompée d'adresse de livraison.

J'ai envoyé un message à ce sujet dans la fenêtre de votre site, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de votre part et j'ai vu que les 2 commandes étaient toujours en préparation.

Je n'arrive pas à comprendre au sujet d'un article que je souhaite commander s'il vous plaît merci beaucoup.
Car je voudrais être sur que le parasol à bien un pied pour le maintenir droit. Diamètre 3M (10FT) Cadre de parapluie à 8 nervures (+ 12.61) à 34,34 euros
Car sur le site il parle de parasol de table je ne comprends pas du tout excusez moi, si il n'y a pas de pieds je ne peux le commander ça ne m'intéresse pas.
Si vous vendez juste la toile comment il tient il faut bien un support (l'ossature) c'est compliqué ??? enfin j'ai hâte que vous m'expliquez à mieux comprendre c'est le plus simple.

To whom it may concern,

It was my first time ordering garments at Light in The Box and I must say I am very disappointed with your methods.

First of all, I placed an order for almost 500 euros and was not informed about the taxes before I received the notification from DHL. There was no mention of any taxes on the order form and I ended paying 175 euros extra in order to get the delivery.

Then, I wanted to return one of the items which does not match the picture on the website at all and I cannot accept the concept that a black dress in standard size 38 is considered "tailored-made" and is not eligible to refund.

Offering the customer to keep a garment that does not meet his expectations for a 5% reward is absolutely ridiculous and I will make sure all your potential customers on social networks are aware of your selling and return policy before they place an order.

Last but not least, there is no telephone or chat contact and I had to go hunting for a contact email address Furthermore, the section regarding the terms of use of the reward seems to be available only in English and not very clear which is not acceptable.

I this is the way it works with you, I will keep shopping on other sites with a different return policy for future purchases and will make sure I pass on the information.

J'ai passé maintenant 2 h et demie essayant de trouver moyen de retourner des articles mal taillés et de mauvaise qualité mais je suis forcée de tourner en rond, même par téléphone et je suis renvoyée à chaque fois au début et sans réponse du tout.

(Cde N 230814****896795 du 14 Août) Je n'en peux plus et, comme il n'y avait aucun papier concernant ma commande dans le paquet avec les vêtements, je me rends compte que je suis coincée.
